It just does.

I searched high and low until I found this battery. It is factory sealed which I would highly recommend to get. This battery does sit on it's side when properly installed on my 2007 Yamaha R6-S. That is why i recommend sealed. No need to have it sit hours on a charger. Factory Charged. Just take out the box and install.
